Carters
Steam Fair, North London |
|
|
|

The tallest ride at the fair
is the Dive Bomber. A ride like a ranger with cars that can freely rotate
taking you threw an exciting variety of angles as the ride goes round. One
of the hi-lights of the fair. |
|

A close up of the dive bomber
as one of the cars goes around. |
|

Another classic ride is an
Ark. It's like a Waltzer, but you ride in a chariot, or on wooden animals
instead of in spinning cars. |
|

This ride is more thrilling
than it looks thanks to the unusual rocking motion created as you ride it,
and the insecure feeling while riding the animals. |
|

The main hi-light of the fair
though has to be the Octopus ride. |
|

It creates a great thrilling
sensation when the pods
dive down towards the ground. |
|

This is something you don't
want to see when on a ride. Just before I took this photo he was holding a
sledgehammer. |
|

Another big attraction of the
fair is a huge collection of classic funfair
machines in a giant penny arcade. |
|

Another photo of the front of
the arcade. |

collection of games found in the arcade. |

arcade machines found along the back wall. |
