This is what is known as a powered coaster, something which is common among smaller coasters aimed at families. Instead of using a hill lift and coasting along the track the train has it's motor on which it powers itself along the track without a chain winch, still speeding up with the assistance of gravity on the downwards sections of track.

The Theming has been well done, with added excitement from passing through tunnels, and near scenery. The ride also provides good family thrills, as you get a good sensation of speed with the wind in your face. It's not exactly a white knuckle terror, but for a family powered coaster it's of a very good standard.
