Thinking about it, I've been to Chessington quite a few times, but it was only recently I rode this for the first time. Mainly because there is quite a range of other good rides at Chessington, and it's unusual to have enough time for this ride to get a look in.

It's one of the basic family rides where you sit in a carrousel like structure where the pods spin round and bob up and down at speed.

This one does have a nice twist, where the ships you sit on a turntable, which means the pods turn around at various points of the ride. This is a feature I feels been underused. The pods only make a few turns during the ride. I feel the ride would be more exciting if the turns where more numerous and frequent.

It's a nice little innovation, that does add to the overall enjoyment of the ride. Will I get round to going on it again? I'd probably have a go if the queue was short, but it won't feature that highly on my to do list next time I visit Chessington.
