Of Paultons collection of mild family thrill rides I'd say this was my favourite. You've probably seen the frog hopper or berry bounce kids rides a large number of parks have. This is like a larger version of one of them. They do have the smaller version next to this ride so you can try both versions if you really want to.

The first drop as this ride makes it's descent from the top of the tower is surprisingly intense for a family thrill ride. It creates a similar feeling in your stomach as a pirate ship, only it feels more intense than any pirate ship I've ever been on.

After the first drop it continues to bounce up and down the tower in a fun and unpredictable fashion, continuing to create the feeling in your stomach on every downwards drop. I'm surprised there haven't been more rides like this around various parks, with most parks being satisfied with smaller kiddie versions. If your looking for a good family thrill ride you can do a lot worse than this.
