Wind in the Willows

It's a big indication of how the standard of rides in the scenic rides chart has gone up in how a ride like this that would have made the top 5 when I first started them now just misses out on the top 10. A lot of this is because I've visited more parks since then and been on more good scenic rides, as opposed to new rides being made as there aren't that many recent rides on in the chart.

This is actually quite a small ride when you look at it. I get the impression you could fit it on a trailer and tour round the country with it. It's a walkthrough, rather than taking you round in cars. A fact I think works in it's favour as it means you can go round at you're own pace and take in all the models.

The models, as you've probably guessed are based around the classic children's story of Wind in the Willows. As you go round you view various models recreating characters and scenes from the story. The models aren't of a huge size, but I think that helps add to their charm. It's the charm of the ride as a whole that makes the ride work. The models although not of a big budget quality, are still of a lovable quality, and there's enough going on to make the whole ride interesting and fun. A charming and pleasant experience.
