It's a basic set in the sense that the upper part of the ride doesn't rise
up or tilt, it just spins, causing the seats to spin out. It's not until you
ride a basic set like this that you realise the difference the tilting
makes. Without it the ride feels a lot more predictable and secure, more
like a playground ride, lacking the same level of thrills and grandeur as
more advanced chair swings. It's still a nice ride, that fits Wicksteed's
family market quite nicely, but it's not a stand out one. |
